- Smooth Operation: The polyurethane elastomer center offers seamless, low friction operation with a wide range of motion, supporting opening angles of more than 180* or 270* depending upon build design. The elastomer supports an operating temperature range of -40℃ to +80℃.
- Versatility: Ideal for enclosures, toolbox and canopy doors, machinery, and more. When mounted along the top of a door they also provide a seamless seal against the elements when in an open position (as opposed to hinges with a dove-tailed style pin and knuckle.) Our Tila hinges are perfect for both industrial and commercial applications.
- Easy Installation: Designed for straightforward installation, these hinges come available in a variety of lengths with pre-installed with support spreader bars to allow adequate access for installation using the pre-drilled 4mm Dia holes spaced every 100mm. Making setup quick and hassle-free.
- Peace Of Mind: The jaws of the aluminium profile interlock together when closed. minimising the ability for someone to break-in or force entry even if the polyurethane elastomer is "cut."
