Piston Shaft and Cylinder

• Lengths - 230mm stroke, 540mm extended
• Diameters - ø8mm piston rod / ø18mm cylinder
• Pressure range - 100N ~ 600N (newtons-force)

Standard Ends

• B9 - plastic quick-fit ends (suits: Ø10mm ball, M6 thread)

Measuring your struts

• Selectlok gas struts are measured from "centre-of-eye" to "centre-of-eye" (at each of the end connectors) and at the struts full extended length (fully open).

Material and Finish 

• Piston shaft and cylinder body - QPQ coating on the shaft

Quick-fit ends, brackets and ball studs (Sold separately)

• SW-12-SS - SS ball stud, Ø10mm ball, M8 thread (suits: C9, C9A, C9S20M6 & C9S20M8)
• BRACKET-10L-SS - "C SHAPE" bracket profile, Ø10mm ball, 180° return, right angle bends (suits: C9, C9A, C9S20M6 & C9S20M8)
• C9S20M6 - SS quick-fit ends (suits: Ø10mm ball, M6 thread)
• C9S20M8 - SS quick-fit ends (suits: Ø10mm ball, M8 thread)

Remarks

Re-gassing Facilities

• Gas strut pressure ranges indicated in the chart below are indicative of current Selectlok SOH being re-pressurised in house at our Melbourne (Tullamarine) Warehouse/Head Office.
• Struts can be pressurised to a higher newtons-force (N) if required, (only IF:) the required pressure rating falls within the "standard operating" range applicable to the piston shaft diameter (Ø) size. (May be subject to additional cost, MOQs and/or lead times.)
• Strut pressures (newtons-force) cannot be reduced, only increased. 

Custom-spec Orders

• Customised order specifications (BOM) and/or higher than standard newtons-force (pressures) may be available with our suppliers upon request. (Subject to possible MOQs, lead times and/or additional cost.)

Returns policy for non-standard orders

• Selectlok Australia reserves the (discretionary) rights not to accept returns on struts have been re-pressurised, incorrectly ordered or are part of a customised (non-standard) order.
• Please note: If an order return request is deemed acceptable, then a 20% restocking fee may apply.
