Features

  • Range of motion (ROM): Full 180° rotation
    • Free swing - The operational load is borne solely by the torque (friction-fit) mechanism throughout the hinge’s full 180° range of motion
    • Locating Detents - Hinge variants incorporating a self-locating mechanism (internal positioning detents) provide auxiliary holding points, reducing reliance on the torque mechanism alone to support the operational load and maintain the positional stability of the hinge. (These locating detents are designed with pre-set, symmetrical positional angles of 60°, 120° and 180°)
  • Rotary-static design (rotor-stator):
    • Rotor - Rotating (moving) "hinge"/leaf component (door)
    • Stator - Stationary (non-moving) "lid"/leaf component (enclosure)
  • Torque specifications: Adjustable torque range of approx. ≤ 5 Nm (less than or equivalent to 5 Nm)
  • Torque function: Symmetric
  • Torque adjustment: Adjustable (via a 6mm Hex/Allen key driver)
  • Easy installation: Front fixing, M6 bolts (not supplied)
