Smarter by Design: The Short-Shaft Breakthrough

At the heart of the Eselon+® Series is our proprietary short cam-shaft design — an innovative solution to a common real-world problem. Traditional 8mm square spindle shafts (often 65 mm or longer) can be restrictive or require manual trimming during installation.

The Eselon+® Series eliminates this hassle with a compact shaft that still purpose-fits the industry-standard S Cutout profile, allowing quick and effortless integration into existing enclosure systems. Its design ensures smooth compatibility with a range of cam systems (single- and multi-point) by aligning with preset H-offset dimensions — delivering consistent seal compression, secure latching, and long-term durability.

Cutout Profiles

Designed for Versatility: S Cutout & F Cutout Compatible

Whether you're working with legacy enclosures or the latest symmetrical frame designs, the Eselon+® Series adapts seamlessly. With the addition of Selectlok’s patented F Cutout Adapter Plate, the handle easily converts between fitting into the Traditional S Cutout profile (used across Millennium®, Eselon®, and all Eselon+® Series handles) and the new Symmetrical F Cutout profile — engineered to support our advanced F-Series™ Symmetrical Door Technology (FSDT™) range.

Once installed, the combination of the F Cutout Adapter Plate, Eselon+® Swing Handles (or any Millennium®/Eselon® handle) & F Cutout Door Profile enables 180° rotational handle symmetry, allowing same-handle compatability for both left-hand and right-hand door orientations — no redesigns, no complications, just smart reversible installation.

Remarks

• Recommended Pairing: For best results, we recommend Selectlok's PI5346-MB-6-2-S FSDT™ Corner Hinges with handles featuring either a dedicated F-Series™ profile design, or the use of an F Cutout Adapter Plate in biaxial symmetrical builds.
• Pad-Lockable Handle Compatibility: Some Millennium® and Eselon® pad-lockable swing handles do not use the standard S Cutout template (22.5 mm dia. + 50 × 25 mm). These models use a single-bolt lower mounting format (22.5 mm and 9 mm dia.) For these, use the P1117 Padlock Accessory Plate with the F Cutout Adapter Plate to enable compatibility. (P1117 available on request, subject to MOQ and lead times.)
